Sparky and Max

Here is sparky with his new hair cut. It has grown out a little bit so he looks pretty cute now.
Max and Sparky decided that it might be o.k. if they played. They are starting to get along and play now.

A New Addition

Well we have a new addition to the Hane family. My grandma could no longer keep her dog so we helped her out and took him. Callie is so happy she loves dogs so the more the merrier for her. This is Sparky aka "Sparkles". Callie brought Sparky home and put a bow in his hair and renamed him Sparkles she calls him a her and wants to buy him a dress to wear. Sparky does not seem to mind in fact he kind of prances around when he has the bow in his hair. He is also walked on a pink leash that went to one of Callies little toy dogs. Max is terrified of Sparkles and in fact Sparkles has kind of made Max into a better dog. Max will now do what ever we ask him to the first time and he is not as hyper, all Sparkles has to do is give a little bark or even just show his teeth and Max lowers his head and goes to his spot. Its is really rather funny. We will post more photos the end of the week when he gets his hair cut so everyone can see just how cute he is.

Callie's First Day of Pre-School

Callie got up and got dressed and was ready to go before Marissa this morning.
Here she is running to the car, she wanted to be the first one in.
I guess we were taking to long. She kept saying "come on guys, your making me late"
Here she is at school, she wanted me to hurry up and take the picture so I could leave.

Here is the work she did at school today, I am so proud of her. She loved school so much she can't wait to go back tomorrow. As I took my baby to school today my heart was aching and I just knew that this one would grab my leg or not want me to leave because Marissa couldn't wait for me to leave. We walked in the class room and she put her little back pack on the hook and then looked up and me smiled and said " You are leaving right". Kids gotta love them.

Callie and her friend Abby have a love hate relationship. They love to play and they love each other but they are exactly the same, they both like things their way that is where the hate part comes in. This was taken on a good day when the were enjoying each other. They are so cute.

Our Little Basketball Star

February

February started off with basketball season. This was Marissa's first year playing basketball and she loves it. Troy is coaching and we have had a blast going to the games Marissa is really good and she has so much fun. Callie is her biggest cheerleader.

The girls learned how to use chop-sticks this month and the think every thing tastes better when you eat them with chop-sticks.

Marissa always has a basketball in her hands now days. She is so dedicated.

A trip to Gray lodge, to get out of the house. All the rain is causing some cabin fever.
We celebrated Carlie and Chloe's 2nd birthday this month, I can't believe they are 2.
Callie decided to become somewhat girlie lately much to my surprise. She has always been such a tom-boy you would have never gotten this on her a month ago, but she did this all by herself.
